With many fruitful years of industry experience, founder and CEO Ellen Ellis possesses close relationships with scouts from major agencies around the world. As a person who values her models' time and growth, Ellen personally handles all bookings and offers training classes—be it in-person education or remote. We are proud of our hands-on approach and strive to foster lasting relationships. Ellen Ellis grew up in a family of brick masons, and cites her upbringing as inspiration for her agency. “The name is an ode to my childhood. Although I grew up to be a girl who lived and breathed fashion, the summers I spent as a child on the job site playing in mud or helping my parents brick houses is still a large part of my life. My hardworking nature comes from my blue-collar upbringing.
