GET TO KNOW: ZOE HEAD

Get to know Zoe Head, the fiery artist from Atlanta, Georgia.

How were you scouted by The Brick?

Long story: I hiked a mountain and at the top a random lady said she knew me from facebook and wanted to take my picture. She happened to be @bhellmeisterphotog. We took photos and she posted them on Instagram, and Ellen saw it! I happened to be traveling to Austin two weeks later and met up with Ellen there for my first photoshoot. It felt like it was meant to be.

What was your most embarrassing moment?

Every day there is a new one. I have embarrassed myself so much that awkward moments roll off of me, I'm impervious.

Do you have any heroes?

Never have I met anyone more self-reflective and kind than my mother. She is what I aspire to be.

What made you want to model?

It seemed like fun, plus and I'm a bit vain (lol). Who doesn’t want pretty pictures of themselves?

Do you have any hidden talents?

I don’t even have any visible talents.

What are a few of your favorite things?

My fish Seneca, who I have had for 8 years. Koi ponds and aquatic life. Artists studios/ houses. My awesome bf. Copious free time. All the little tiny plants that you can only see when you look at the grass really close.

What is your favorite joke?

I literally googled “short jokes” to answer this so I think that shows enough. I promise I'm funny.

Where do you hope modeling will take you in life?

Everywhere. I hope I get to a point where I can travel because I can’t imagine having the opportunity to do that under any other circumstance. Specifically, I'd love to go to Japan.
