Since our founding in 2018, we have invested deeply in each model we represent — not just in building their career, but in who they are becoming along the way. The agency's name traces back to founder and director Ellen Ellis's upbringing in a family of brick masons. Long before she found her place in the fashion industry, she spent her summers on job sites, watching her parents build things meant to stand. That ethos never left her. The Brick exists to do the same — to lay the kind of foundation a model's career can be built upon, and built to last.
